I visited the store after hip surgery so I had limited mobility. My sales person saw I had difficulty and offered to use a wheelchair. Perfect !!! Compared to Ashley and City Furniture, your delivery was impeccable. It was delivered promptly and in good condition. The price for a solid leather sofa and chair, along with an Italian made TV stand was more than resonable.

We have been going to El Dorado for years, and I have a few great things to say. First of all, my wife and I love everything there, especially the decorative stuff too. There's always something interesting. We have bought furniture, bar stools, paintings, lamps and more. The one thing we really love is Hans Prince. We have known and used Hans since 2007. He is just the best in every way. What a great guy, who really goes that extra mile every time. We always find what we need because of him. Every time we go, we ask for Hans, and luckily he's always been there. He is at the top of his game in what he does.

The experience was excellent with sales dept with Martha Ruiz she was very professional and should us all the furniture and Dining room tables and bedroom mattresses gave us the options of color and specific size we needed for our house. Also to mention the Delivery dept was excellent and very professional and on time.

The service was very professional

Our sales associate was Lin Guerreiro at the Pembroke Pines store. She was absolutely fantastic. I've shopped there before over the years but never had such a proffessional, friendly, efficent and competent assistant than her. She knew all the inventory so well, that when we had something we did or didnt like, she would walk us directly to other options that fit the bill. Then, when we recieved our first shipment I had an issue. I texted her and within 2 minutes she answered. She then communicated back and forth over a period of 5 days until we received our second shipment and everything was finalized perfectly to our satisfaction. I didnt think that type of personal service even existed anymore to be honest.. We will 100% make El Dorado our first stop shop around for anything we need in the future - truthfully, because of her.

Everything from walking into the showroom, picking out the furniture and working with the very patient salesperson all the way to the delivery and set up to the follow up call to check in was SEAMLESS! I am a sales manager myself and this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the bonus is I love all the pieces I bought and they look even more expensive and of high quality than what I paid for.
