*Please note: For safety reasons, delivery personnel are unable to modify or alter merchandise, install electrical equipment, or mount mirrors, artwork, lighting, wall décor, or other items to walls or ceilings.

Drop-off Delivery

Front-door delivery, on your terms.

Our Drop-off Delivery service ships furniture to you. No assembly is included. A delivery team unloads your items on a wooden pallet and leaves it safely outside your house or in a loading area.

We currently offer two delivery service options: White Glove Delivery and Drop-off Delivery. Availability of services is based on your delivery zip code.

Track Your Delivery

Know when your furniture is on the way.

On the day of your delivery, you will have the opportunity to track your order, check your delivery status, expected arrival time and more. Simply go to our website, click Track Your Delivery and enter your sales order number. Your sales order number can be found in your email, if you ordered online or at the top of your receipt, if you ordered in-store.

Specific Delivery Time Frame Service

Need to change your delivery time? You have the option of choosing your preferred time for an additional fee. We recommend making any appointment changes prior to your scheduled date.

Exclusively available at our El Dorado Furniture Palmetto location. Our curbside pick-up experience makes it easy and convenient for you to pick up your order and take it home in minutes. No waiting time, no hassle – all you have to do is schedule your pick-up!

1-Year In-Home Limited Warranty

Your home deserves the very best. That's why all of our furniture automatically has a One Year In-Home Limited Warranty to ensure every piece is free from any defects in material or workmanship. 3-Year Protection Plans

Smart Choice by El Dorado Protection Plan

This plan covers a wide range of accidental incidents, including stains, tears and breakage, on indoor furniture, outdoor furniture and umbrellas.

Smart Choice by El Dorado Premium Protection Plan

This plan includes all the Smart Choice coverage, plus pet damage protection. Perfect for dog and cat owners.
