I was so fortunate to encounter Roger as my service provider. He was informative. He allowed me to shop comfortably and was there when I needed him. He was helpful in the process consistently. From picking the furniture to the delivery. Because of Roger I will be back.

Eldorado sell good quality furnitures.

Excellent customer service. My daughter was looking for a princess bedroom set, we went to a few furnitures store, she could not find anything . We went to Eldorado they are so many to choose from, she bought a nice one. I even bought a bedroom set for my son and I’m planning to change mine. Everything you need for your home is inside Eldorado furnitures.

My experience with El Dorado Furniture has been excellent over the years, but I have never felt the need to write a survey like this until now. Mr. Raúl is one of those people who truly stand out. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel comfortable and listened carefully to what we were looking for. He found exactly what we wanted without trying to change our minds or pressure us into buying something else. He never pushed us to apply for a credit card or tried to sell us products we didn’t ask for. He always respected us and made the entire experience feel natural and honest. My husband and I felt like we were talking to a trusted friend or family member. People like Mr. Raúl are truly hard to find. We will always be grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Mr. Raúl, for making this such a wonderful shopping experience.

Previous shopper when store first opened in St. Petersburg. Two items then third then some pictures. Recommended store to several people--all purchased several items. My grand daughter furnished her entire two bedroom house about four years with El Dorado furniture and accessories. ALL very pleased. Very nice store.

Tay, my sales associate showed me around on my initial walk through the store. When I came back to make a purchase, of course I asked for her! She was very helpful and knowledgeable showing me pieces I might be interested in for the future.

Every person in the stores welcomes me and I always let my salesperson know I am coming. Juanita is prepared to show me what I am looking for and she includes Leo for his design expertise. Just look around the store and they can make your home look just as beautiful. Pricing is in line with the quality and uniqueness of the pieces. I’ve taken my time over the last three years to finish each room and I receive compliments from my guests on how beautiful and lovely and peaceful the atmosphere feels. Lighting is important as well.

Front desk staff, sales personnel at the store greeted us with big welcome smiles and were very professional and knowledgeable.Your delivery Technicians was on time, they assembled the furnitures and position them at our request in a timely manner.

My sales person Rosanna was awesome! She helped me pick out the perfect chairs.

Rossana Bandes is 100% a star!! We love working with her and will definitely use her in the future as our needs arise.

Zoila was very nice and made sure to get answers for all of our questions even if she didn't have them memorized. She did share that she was fairly new (6 mos) so I am confident her product knowledge will continue to increase with time, which is the only recommendation I would make to improve our shopping experience.

She gave us space to browse but remained nearby for every time we needed her help, it was a really nice balance.

My husband and I was very happy with the couch we found and the value for the price feels excellent. We will definitely recommend El Dorado in Plantation to anyone who needs new furniture.

Shopping at El Dorado is always a pleasure. The service is excellent and the quality of the furnitures is exceptional. Rossanna and the manager Sergio went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. we ordered our dining room table and we wanted the smaller glass top for the base of the table and I couldn't believe they searched high and low until they were able to find us one. they even went as far as sitting around the table to make sure we would be able to set around the table comfortably with a smaller glass. that touched my heart. this was our second time purchasing from El Dorado and it's the excellent service we always recieve that keep bringing us back. El Dorado thank you so much and I'm looking forward to doing more business with you in the near future. We love our new furniture for our new home.
