Robert our sales rep is the BEST. He can be dealing with multiple customers at once, yet make you feel like you are the only one. I have shopped with him before and because of the experience I will only go through him. This is my 4th purchase with his assistance. He is simply the best.

Our sales person was so attentive but not over board. He knew all about the units we were considering! He thought that he was working the next day but was actually off. He came in on his day off so we could place our order since we needed the couch asap. We will highly recommend Alois and El Dorado.

I am a repeat customer over the last 14 years and always find what I want at the right price.

Martha was the Representative who helped me. She is an excellent salesperson. She encouraged me to walk through all the rooms with her to look for a table even though El Dorado did not have the shape of a table I thought i wanted. She was correct that I should "take a look". I did find a table I love in the showroom and luckily it was in stock. Martha was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The table was delivered Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The delivery people were nice, efficient and the table looks great in my Great Room. All went well & I am very happy with El Dorado.

Ramon is the customer service associate you wish you could find in every single place you buy anything for the home. He is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. You go in to buy one item and he explains how you can complete your look or room with additional pieces and you couldn’t be happier because it’s a one stop shop, and you didn’t realize it.

Sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. Best of all he listen to what we wanted and was not overbearing.
Store design was easy to get around all the different furniture. Delivery was on time and we were notified when they near by. So far we are very pleased.

We first went to Ashley furniture and then to city furniture....salesman was rude and the way the furniture was displayed was like a yard sale to much of a cluster and they did not have what they were showing.
The moment we walked into El Dorado furniture store the displays were phenomenal and the salesman was knowledgeable and professional!
We picked out a recliner that we wanted and they delivered! we will be buying all of our furniture from now on at El Dorado.
We will also be recommending El Dorado furniture to all our family and friends.

The shopping experience was great, with the sales associate Aixa, and also the two times delivery guys. The Lounge chair that I bought had a crack on the wood. Right away the delivery guys reported it, and within a few days I received another lounge chair in perfect condition.
El Dorado service in general, is great, from the moment we walked in, to the end with the deliveries. Very profesional, and attentive.

I bought my furniture over 4 years ago. I broke one of the glass doors to the fireplace unit. I still had my sale rep ( Maria C.) in my phone. I had text her and a photo. She was extremely helpful in contacting and receiving the new door. The delivery guys were great in and out in about 10 mins. Very curteous and professional.

I would definitely use him and your store again. If you could get a lift chair with the features on mentioned above, I would totally buy one for my father.

Cristina our sales associate was great. She took her time in making sure we got we actually needed. She wasn’t a pushy sales associate which is always a plus. Offered us financing even though we opted out. The delivery was amazing. Being that I purchased a white sectional, they were extremely careful not to dirty it and were meticulous in the installation. Very impressed with the service all around. Funny thing is I almost purchased this sofa at City Furniture and after reading all the horrible reviews about their delivery I took a chance to see if El Dorado had a similar sofa and thank God you had the exact sofa with the fabric protection which was a plus. Overall, extremely happy with my decision to purchase at El Dorado. Will definitely be back soon to order my living room and dining room.

The delivery team was also exceptional. They arrived within the time frame, were polite and cleaned up, put the heavy table together skillfully and when one of the chairs had a slight imperfection, they took it back with them and notified the proper channels. We were notified shortly thereafter with the timeframe of delivery of another chair.

Hello i'm currently a sales manager for Megatv WSBS 22, at no time did the sales person know where I worked or what I did for a living.However this gentlemen took care to detail, we didnt buy alot, but he treated us as if we had. He brough over 7 different types of chairs so until we found what we liked. Patience, charismatic, and kind in nature. He certainly understood the assignment and allowed us to work thru our choices. By the way, we didnt go in to buy anything as a matter of fact we even told him you sure you want to waste your turn on us, and his response was on another level I never waste my time by meeting you and helping you and you dont need to buy anything.Well we left with a dining room 6 chairs and entry table. Were highly satisfied and would continue to recomend El Dorado Furniture.

You provide superior customer service, and consistently. Your stores are immaculately clean and neat. Your staff is gracious polite and professional. My order not immediately available, there was a 2 month wait.
But, whenever I inquired with my saleslady, she told me the expected shipping date from China, and then the actual ship date, and then the expected arrival timeframe to your warehouse. Delivery was flawless at every step.

Our salesperson was Ceclia. She is knowledgeable, very personable and, a true professional. She was dedicated to making sure we had an exceptional experience. We have purchased from El Dorado on two previous occasions. This time it was done entirely online. We were comfortable in doing a sight unseen purchase because we trust the quality of El Dorado furniture. Ceclia helped tremendously. We made a couple changes during the process which she handled seamlessly. She was diligent in following up. Ceclia is an exceptional member of the El Dorado Naples Florida staff.

Fortunately, you had a truly wonderful sales woman, Gi, helping me, and when she found out about the damaged TV stand, she immediately took action and arranged for a new one to be exchanged for it. She did it so quickly and efficiently that I never had to send an email or make one phone call. A five star employee if I’ve ever seen one.

Everyone was very professional. The delivery men were early which was a pleasant surprise. The quality and prices made our choice easy and the showroom was beautiful and better than expected.

It wasn’t my first time shopping in El Dorado and I always request same sale representative Mrs Caterina Lancia. I completely rely on her professional knowledge and good taste. She always follows up after purchase and was so kind to see video that I sent her and give great advice.

That was the very best experience I ever done to buy furniture. The furniture are so tasteful - esspecially the white color. There are so many
options to combain it. Overall it's the quality the prices are much more higher. But overall the quality the sales associate, named Frances,
are so helpful. Second overall the delivery just working perfect. The delivery team work absolutly correct just in time and were so handsome
