Salesperson Rocio Diaz was great and the delivery team was on time, professional and placed furniture exactly where I wanted it.

I was looking for a different and high quality furniture store and by serendipity I came across ElDorado. I have just relocated to FL and wanted to visit a showroom where I would find an excellent selection of home furniture. I did find it in El Dorado store in Naples. The staff were very welcoming and Rocio was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in providing advice for my needs. The delivery team were excellent and the follow up very much appreciated. I highly recommend this furniture company.

The people at El Dorado are like family to me. They bend over backward to make sure I am happy with each furniture piece I purchase. Hakim, Nick and Cheryl are always going out of their way to help me select the perfect furniture piece for my home. The quality of each piece of furniture I have purchased has been excellent. The delivery team has also been very polite, professional, and prompt. El Dorado just needs more English speaking delivery guys. I would highly recommend El Dorado to anyone looking for quality modern furniture and decor.

Best experience from point of sale to delivery.

Herman was extremely helpful . He took the time to see what I was interested in and walked me in the right direction. I bought a couch , 2 chairs, a mirror and a pillow.
I will be returning soon for side tables and an entry way console.
Looking forward to working with Herman again.

Our first impression was the size and choice or furniture. The sales representative Junia then took the time to guide us and answer all our questions. She was a true professional. Following up calls to remind us about the delivery and checking if everything was OK. Plus a call to see if everything was well delivered and ask if we were satisfied.

They went above and beyond working as a team to problem solve saw what we saw as potential obstacles, and get us just what we wanted when we needed it. Apple is absolutely the best sales person. He help me out months in advance as I’m very organized and prepared. It was too far in advance so we had to re-order all of my items and that put extra work on his plate. In addition I swapped out several items once I realized, my place wouldn’t fit certain things or I needed something else. He is just fantastic and provides exceptional service. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is exceptional

I just love El Dorado furniture… Setting up the delivery without having the calendar open in advance can be somewhat of a challenge and they canceled my order and had to re-submit it because I ordered too early before my move so that process could be worked out, but the sales team and the delivery team were amazing… Apple is wonderful and sales was great .

ElDorado went above and beyond accommodating my slim window of delivery. They were so helpful and have the best barstool selection. These rock and swivel and go up and down. They are modern, solid body and have no inclination to tip. I am So Happy...thank you ElDorado!
