Billing and Shipping Addresses
If your Billing Address is different from your Shipping Address, you will be contacted by our Customer Care department. For your protection, ElDoradoFurniture.com requires that any alternate Shipping Address be listed as an alternate address with your credit card company.Changes to your Shipping Address must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Any address changes must be verified by a Customer Care agent before they are confirmed. This may delay your delivery date.

El Dorado Furniture and ElDoradoFurniture.com offer White Glove Delivery Service on all furniture items in the state of Florida from Key West and Orlando. With exceptional care, we will deliver, unpack, and assemble your items.White Glove benefits include:

- Placement and assembly of furniture pieces
- Removal of debris associated with delivery

How do I prepare for my delivery?
When it comes to your delivery, we want to make sure you have everything you need to feel comfortable and confident. Check out our step-by-step guide, so you know exactly what to expect before, during, and after your delivery day.When will I receive my order?
Customers within our delivery area can request a specific delivery time frame for an additional fee. Orders placed on ElDoradoFurniture.com are typically ready to leave our Distribution Center within 48 hours of payment verification, provided the selected items are in stock. For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care toll-free at 1-888-451-7800. Deliveries outside the tri-county area are scheduled as needed. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. Time frames are subject to change without notice depending on road and weather conditions. - Customers must provide a safe and adequate vehicle to transport their merchandise.
- Customers picking up ElDoradoFurniture.com orders will need to present the credit card used to pay for their order and a valid photo ID at the time they pick up their merchandise. Merchandise will not be released without proper identification.
- El Dorado Furniture assumes no responsibility for damage to furniture, auto, or other property nor for personal injury that may occur as a result of unsafe loading or assembly.

At El Dorado Furniture, we are proud to deliver your favorite styles across the United States. Availability of services is based on your delivery zip code. See Delivery Map.Do you offer drop-off Delivery?
Our Drop-off Delivery services ship furniture from North of Orlando, FL to the rest of the Continental U.S. (excluding California). The delivery team unloads your items on a pallet and leaves them safely outside your home or in a loading area. Please note that no assembly is included. Refer to the Delivery Map for available drop-off delivery zones.Plus, enjoy free shipping on select items! We also provide free nationwide shipping on select items, from contemporary wall art to industrial fixtures. These items typically take about 10 business days to arrive at your home. Delivery charges will automatically be removed at checkout. Some services and prices may vary if you do not live on the first floor. For more delivery options, contact your sales associate.
Problems with Your Order
What if my furniture was damaged during delivery?
If an item arrives damaged, inspect all delivered items with the Delivery Professional present. Note the damaged items on the delivery ticket. The Delivery Professional will confirm, take back the damaged items, and immediately report to our Customer Care Department at 1-888-451-7800.We will make arrangements to have the problem corrected by a qualified furniture repair technician or have the product replaced if we determine the problem cannot be corrected. Please note we reserve the right to conduct repairs or exchange your product as necessary and at our discretion.
What if I notice my furniture is damaged after I have received my order?
If you discover that an item is damaged after you have received your order, call our Customer Care department toll free at 1-888-451-7800 for assistance.I received a message telling me my online order can’t be processed. Why?
Incorrectly entered addresses are the most common reason for declined orders. Verify your billing and shipping addresses to make sure they are entered correctly. Make sure your payment information is correct and up to date as well. If you are still having trouble placing your order, e-mail us or call our Customer Care department toll free at 1-888-451-7800.Cancelations and Returns
Cancelations
If an order has not shipped, customers have up to 90 days from placing their order to cancel it and request a refund. Once the cancelation has been confirmed, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method used within 10 business days. Customers may also cancel partial orders and request a refund for the canceled items. If an order is not picked up or delivered after 90 days and a refund has not been issued or requested, the customer will receive a refund in the form of store credit only.Mattress Information
Can you remove my old mattress?
If you have purchased a new mattress from El Dorado Furniture or ElDoradoFurniture.com, our delivery professionals will remove and properly dispose of your old mattress when your new mattress is delivered. In keeping with OSHA guidelines, we can only pick up clean, stain-free mattresses.Services

El Dorado Furniture Corporation (El Dorado) warrants to the purchasing residential Customer that the merchandise is free from any defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of the merchandise. This warranty has limitations as indicated in the link below. During the one (1) year warranty period, El Dorado will service the merchandise, if required, at no cost to the Customer. Merchandise serviced during the warranty period, including replacement parts, is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period only. History
The origins of El Dorado Furniture date back to the 1920's in the Cuban province of Pinar del Rio. There, a young man named Simon Capó made a living trading farm products and fixing furniture. Simon eventually cultivated his trade into a chain of furniture stores called "Casa Capó." By 1950, Casa Capó was one of the largest furniture manufacturing and retail enterprises in Cuba. During this time, Simon's youngest son, Manuel, married his wife Aida, and together they raised six sons.In 1959, the Castro regime rose to power and confiscated all private enterprises, including Casa Capó. In 1966, Manuel Capó fled Cuba with two of his sons, Luis and Carlos, leaving behind the rest of his family in hopes of making a better life for them in America. The three men escaped the island on a small sailboat called "El Dorado." After a treacherous journey, they arrived in Mexico and eventually made their way to the United States.
Once in the U.S., Manuel and his sons worked on what they knew best: furniture. On June 27th, 1967, just seven months after their arrival, the Capós opened their first furniture store on Miami's Calle Ocho (Eighth Street), in the heart of Little Havana. They named the store after the boat they sailed to freedom: El Dorado. The small furniture store would soon flourish and take its first steps towards expansion, thanks to a $10,000 loan from the Small Business Administration.
In 1967, Manuel's wife, Aida, and their three younger sons, Julio, Pedro, and Jesus, arrived in Miami and were reunited with their family. The Capós' youngest son, Roberto, was born in the United States.
57 years later, Manuel Capó's legacy lives on through his sons, who all make up the company's Board of Directors. His grandchildren also help run the business and are integral to the organization and day-to-day workings of the company. These family ties ensure that El Dorado Furniture continues to uphold the values and ideals first exhibited by an ordinary man with an extraordinary vision.
