Unlike other El Dorado Furniture stores, this location is technically not a showroom, therefore, it has an open-concept layout for easy shopping. I had a wonderful experience at El Dorado furniture. My sales associate Alejandrina Perez from the Plantation, FL store was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs. Although one of the chairs for my dining room set was defective, once I called and informed my sales associate about it, she took immediate action and ensured that the chair was replaced immediately.
