El Dorado offed quality furniture at a competitive price. The sales people there were-professional, competent, and most important, courteous. They promised and met the scheduled delivery date. We would definitely shop there again.

Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that we were interested in. Also the delivery team lead by Denny were very friendly and put together the furniture quickly and accurately.

Adriana was wonderful to work with. We found her to be patient, knowledgeable and professional

We have been going to El Dorado for years, and I have a few great things to say. First of all, my wife and I love everything there, especially the decorative stuff too. There's always something interesting. We have bought furniture, bar stools, paintings, lamps and more. The one thing we really love is Hans Prince. We have known and used Hans since 2007. He is just the best in every way. What a great guy, who really goes that extra mile every time. We always find what we need because of him. Every time we go, we ask for Hans, and luckily he's always been there. He is at the top of his game in what he does.

Maria, my sales representative was amazing. Her help was great, she answered all my questions without pushing product on me. Next time when I came back I wanted working only with her and again experience was anything I wanted.

Definitely will recommend and purchase more furniture from El Dorado. Very professional and easy to communicate delivery team. Since we live in apartment complex, it has some challenges. Was not a problem for them. Thank you El Dorado for making my shopping for furniture easy and pleasant!

The experience was excellent with sales dept with Martha Ruiz she was very professional and should us all the furniture and Dining room tables and bedroom mattresses gave us the options of color and specific size we needed for our house. Also to mention the Delivery dept was excellent and very professional and on time.

The service was very professional

Our sales associate was Lin Guerreiro at the Pembroke Pines store. She was absolutely fantastic. I've shopped there before over the years but never had such a proffessional, friendly, efficent and competent assistant than her. She knew all the inventory so well, that when we had something we did or didnt like, she would walk us directly to other options that fit the bill. Then, when we recieved our first shipment I had an issue. I texted her and within 2 minutes she answered. She then communicated back and forth over a period of 5 days until we received our second shipment and everything was finalized perfectly to our satisfaction. I didnt think that type of personal service even existed anymore to be honest.. We will 100% make El Dorado our first stop shop around for anything we need in the future - truthfully, because of her.

Everything from walking into the showroom, picking out the furniture and working with the very patient salesperson all the way to the delivery and set up to the follow up call to check in was SEAMLESS! I am a sales manager myself and this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the bonus is I love all the pieces I bought and they look even more expensive and of high quality than what I paid for.

Our salesman, Pedro Peralta, did an excellent job. He even placed an additional order for us on his day off, which was much appreciated.

Sales rep Alex Jean Baptisya was excelled at his job. He understood my shopping list and budget. He did not distract me or try to sell me merchandise I did not want. He showed me more options than what I had selected online and explained the pros and cons versus price. It’s been a week since my purchase and my husband and I are happier everyday that we made the right selection. I did find prices much higher than what I had expected. I imagine is the economy uncertainty that makes stores like El Dorado plan prices for a very likely higher inflation/recession.

My sales associate, Rocio, was very helpful. All employees are very friendly and professional.

We will definitely be back. Raul was professional and very knowledgeable delivery drivers were excellent. A great experience.

All of my furniture is from El Dorado. Sales representative, Alex Jean-Baptiste, , was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We found what we wanted and were very excited. Good value. My sister left her sunglasses there and Alex went out of his way to find them and mail them to her.



Delivery team arrived early. They were extremely pleasant and very efficient. They were respectful of my home and made sure my piece was place exactly where we wanted.

I had checked the website beforehand and had already decided on the dresser and nightstand I wanted. I came into the store to actually see the items for quality, color and size. It was exactly as advertised and I therefore purchased the item. The delivery was scheduled for July 1 between 2-5pm. The delivery guys showed up earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. They setup the furniture to the area I wanted and cleaned up the packaging debris. They were very courteous and worked in a very professional manner.
