Where It All Started

The idea for our “Made for You” campaign started long before El Dorado Furniture’s conception.

In the 1950s, our founder Manuel Capó owned a furniture shop in Cuba. Families would visit to find the perfect pieces for their homes. One holiday season, a customer had his eyes set on a wooden dining table. When the dining table failed to arrive on time, Manuel gave his own table to fulfill the customer’s holiday wish.

This is a reminder that we have a responsibility to provide our customers everything they need to furnish their homes, so they can make memories that will last a lifetime.
