What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, or other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

To apply you must: Be at the age of majority in your state or territory, Have a valid government-issued photo ID, Have a valid government issued tax identification number (such as a SSN or SIN), Have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address. We do not accept PO Box mailing addresses. You agree that this application and any information you submit to Comenity Bank may be shared with and retained by El Dorado Furniture.

Alimony, child support or separate maintenance income need not be included if you do not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation.Married WI Residents only: If you are applying for an individual account and your spouse also is a WI resident, combine your and your spouse’s financial information.

To open an account, you must be a United States resident with a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address. We do not accept PO Box mailing addresses.
