Who is eligible for the Veterans Day offer?
The offer is valid for all U.S. Veterans. Proof of service must be presented at the time of purchase.
How do I redeem the offer?
Visit any El Dorado Furniture showroom, make a purchase of $1,000 or more, and show your proof of service at checkout. You'll receive $50 off your purchase. Questions about your documentation? Call us at (305) 430-2759, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), before your visit.
Can I use the offer online or at the Outlet?
Yes! While the offer is available at El Dorado Furniture showrooms, eligible veterans who cannot visit a store may also redeem it online with assistance from our customer service team. Simply place your order and contact us immediately with your order number to begin the verification process. The offer is not valid at El Dorado Furniture & Mattress Outlet.
What if I can't visit a showroom? Can I still redeem the Veterans Day offer?
Yes! If you're unable to visit a showroom, we can help you redeem the offer online. Simply place your order on our website, then immediately visit our Contact Us page and submit the form with your order number, found on your order confirmation screen. A customer service representative will contact you to verify your government-issued ID and assist with applying the $50 discount to your order. We recommend contacting us as soon as you receive your order number.
When does the offer end?
The Veterans Day offer expires on November 11, 2026.
Can I combine it with Black Friday deals or financing?
Yes. You can combine it with our Black Friday promotions, the 12-, 18-, and 60-month financing plans with the BLUCard®, Bread Pay® financing plans, and leasing options, as long as the minimum purchase requirement is met. It cannot be combined with any other promotions.
What counts toward the $1,000 minimum?
New merchandise purchases, calculated before taxes, delivery fees, the Smart Choice Protection Plan, or any other charges.
Are any purchases excluded?
Yes. The offer is not valid on gift card purchases or discounted floor sample merchandise.
What happens if I return my purchase?
The $50 offer will not be re-issued with a return or refund of merchandise, or if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
