THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by El Dorado Furniture, 4200 NW 167th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33054 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of El Dorado Furniture, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win.
This Sweepstakes is available only at El Dorado Furniture’s sixteen (16) participating retail Showrooms identified in Section 5 below (the “Participating Showrooms”). El Dorado Furniture & Mattress Outlet locations do not participate in this Sweepstakes, and entries or activity at Outlet locations are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, September 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Monday, October 26, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer/records are the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter using one (1) of the following methods. Each entrant must designate the single Participating Showroom for which their entry will be considered:
- Online Entry
Visit: https://www.eldoradofurniture.com/sweepstake/ and complete and submit the official online entry form in its entirety, including the entrant’s selected Participating Showroom. The same entry link is also made available to customers inside each Participating Showroom (e.g., via signage or a QR code); there is no separate paper entry form — all in-Showroom access directs entrants to this same online form.
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary
To enter without completing the online form, mail or email your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the name of the single Participating Showroom you are entering for, to: [email protected]. The subject line must state: “The Art of Gathering Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry.” AMOE entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on October 26, 2026.
5. PARTICIPATING SHOWROOMS
One (1) winner will be selected for each of El Dorado Furniture’s sixteen (16) Participating Showrooms. Entrants select their applicable Showroom from the list presented on the entry form at https://www.eldoradofurniture.com/sweepstake/. Showroom names and addresses can be found at https://www.eldoradofurniture.com/stores/. El Dorado Furniture & Mattress Outlet locations are not Participating Showrooms, and entries designating an Outlet location are not eligible.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Each entrant must select one (1) Participating Showroom at the time of entry, and that entry will be considered only in the drawing for that Showroom. Entrants may not submit multiple entries, and may not enter for more than one (1) Participating Showroom. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be considered and all subsequent entries will be void. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
7. PRIZES, SELECTION, AND VALUE
A total of sixteen (16) individual winners will be selected via random drawing — one (1) winner drawn from the eligible entries submitted for each Participating Showroom. Each winner will receive the prize described below:

Sponsor will select the specific Italian restaurant for each winner’s dinner certificate/gift card in its sole discretion, based on the winner’s location, following the drawing. The prize is a fixed dollar amount of $300.00 and is not tied to any specific number of guests or party size; the winner may bring as many or as few guests as they choose. If the total restaurant bill exceeds $300.00, the winner is solely responsible for paying the difference, along with any gratuity, tax, or other charges not covered by the prize amount. No cash or credit will be issued for any unused portion if the total bill is less than $300.00. If no suitable Italian restaurant is reasonably available near a winner’s location, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a gift card of equivalent value redeemable at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choosing.
Total Prize Pool ARV: $4,800.00. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or another product.
8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The sixteen (16) winners will be randomly selected within two (2) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, on or before Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
Winners will be notified via the email address (or phone number, if applicable) provided at entry. Winners have ten (10) business days from the date of notification to respond and claim their prize.
If a winner fails to respond, cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, is found ineligible, or forfeits the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Participating Showroom, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Participating Showroom.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because each individual prize has an ARV of $300.00 (below the $600.00 IRS reporting threshold for miscellaneous income), Sponsor does not anticipate requiring a Form W-9 or issuing a Form 1099-MISC for this Sweepstakes; however, prizes remain taxable income to winners under applicable law.
10. PUBLICITY & LIABILITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; and (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The prize dinner may be redeemed at a restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages. Winner and any guests are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the legal drinking age and responsible alcohol consumption, and for arranging their own transportation. Sponsor does not encourage or condone excessive alcohol consumption and is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the winner’s or a guest’s decision to consume alcohol in connection with this prize.
11. WINNERS LIST
To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: El Dorado Furniture, Attn: Marketing Dept – Winners List, 4200 NW 167th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33054. Requests must be received no later than November 30, 2026.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
- Technical malfunctions
- Internet, network, or email failures
- Printing or typographical errors
- Unauthorized human intervention
14. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.eldoradofurniture.com/privacy/
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
